Another Path Ministry – Code of Conduct

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

This Code of Conduct governs all participants and members of Another Path Ministry (“the Ministry,” “we,” “our”) whether engaging online, in person, or through any affiliated gathering, ritual, workshop, or ceremonial space.

By participating in any Ministry activity, you agree to uphold the following principles in alignment with our core values: sovereignty, mutual respect, sacred responsibility, and spiritual integrity.

1. Personal Sovereignty

Each participant is a sovereign being.

You retain full agency and the right to make informed, voluntary choices at all times.

We do not tolerate coercion, manipulation, or hierarchical spiritual authority.

2. Consent & Boundaries

Consent is sacred and non-negotiable.

You agree to:

  • Seek clear, affirmative, and revocable consent before initiating touch, discussion of sensitive topics, or sharing another’s story

  • Respect all physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic boundaries

  • Immediately cease any behavior upon request

Violation of consent may result in immediate removal from Ministry spaces and permanent termination of membership.

3. Respect & Non-Judgment

We welcome people of all races, sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, and backgrounds.

You agree to:

  • Treat others with dignity, even in disagreement

  • Avoid harassment, slurs, or demeaning comments

  • Allow others to have their own relationship with the Divine, however it manifests

4. Confidentiality

Spiritual disclosures in ceremonies, integration circles, or any community space are confidential.

You agree not to record, publish, share, or gossip about others’ stories without explicit permission.

You may only share your own personal experience.

Violations of this confidentiality principle are grounds for immediate disciplinary action.

5. Legal Integrity & Entheogens

You agree to obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

While we recognize the sacramental nature of certain entheogens, the Ministry does not:

  • Distribute, produce, or procure any controlled substances

  • Encourage unlawful activity

  • Allow the solicitation or exchange of illegal substances within any Ministry space

You bear full legal responsibility for your own actions and choices.

6. Internal Conflict & Misconduct Resolution

Another Path Ministry is committed to creating a safe and accountable environment.

Reporting:

  • Any member or participant may report harmful, unethical, or unsafe behavior to a ministry leader or through our official reporting channel. support@anotherministry.org

  • All reports are handled confidentially and with integrity.

Resolution:

  • An appointed Ethics Circle or designated Board Members will review the situation.

  • Possible outcomes include facilitated dialogue, restorative conversation, temporary suspension, or permanent removal — depending on the severity and nature of the issue.

We believe in redemption, accountability, and transparency at every level of spiritual work.

Integrity is not perfection, it is a willingness to own our impact and walk toward repair.

Statement of Honor

By choosing to walk this path, you affirm your commitment to:

  • Showing up with integrity and humility

  • Holding space with presence and care

  • Owning your shadows and participating in personal healing

  • Protecting the safety and sanctity of the community

Violation of this Code may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Ministry without refund, at the sole discretion of our leadership.
