
Membership Agreement:
Another Path Ministry – Membership Agreement
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
This Membership Agreement governs participation in Another Path Ministry (“the Ministry,” “we,” “our”) and applies to all individuals who register as symbolic members of our spiritual community.
By joining as a member, you acknowledge that this agreement is spiritually binding and reflects your voluntary, informed, and conscious commitment to uphold the values, rules, and responsibilities set forth below.
1. Symbolic Membership Only
Membership in Another Path Ministry is symbolic and spiritual in nature.
It does not confer legal, corporate, or voting rights under Arizona nonprofit law or the Ministry’s Bylaws.
Membership is open to all who resonate with our purpose and values, regardless of background, faith, or belief system.
2. Eligibility Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to become a member.
Individuals aged 13–17 may participate only with verified parental or guardian consent.
You must affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following documents:

By registering, you confirm your eligibility and willingness to uphold all Participation Policies.
3. Member Commitments
As a member, you agree to:
Honor the Ministry’s Code of Conduct in all interactions
Maintain confidentiality around spiritual gatherings and peer disclosures
Respect the law and take full responsibility for any personal engagement with entheogens
Refrain from promoting hate, dogma, or coercive behavior in Ministry spaces
Attend with sincerity, openness, and good faith
4. Financial Contributions
Membership may be accompanied by optional donations, event fees, or merchandise purchases.
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
Donations support the Ministry’s nonprofit religious, educational, and charitable mission
The Ministry is a recognized 501(c)(3) organization; donations may be tax-deductible
5. Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at our sole discretion, including if:
You breach the Code of Conduct or Participation Policies
You pose a threat to community safety or trust
You misuse our name, resources, or ceremonies in ways that violate our values or legal status
No refunds will be issued upon termination.
6. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By registering as a member, you:
Affirm that your participation is voluntary and informed
Acknowledge that the Ministry does not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic services
Accept the spiritual and legal responsibilities of membership
Agree to hold the Ministry and its representatives harmless for all risks voluntarily undertaken
