9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years old.

If we become aware of such a case, we will delete the information in accordance with the FTC’s revised COPPA rule (January 2025).

10. International Users

If you access the Site from the European Union or UK:

  • Data is stored in the U.S.

  • Transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

  • By using our Site, you consent to the transfer of your information outside the EEA
